Select 1-bedroom apartments at The Assembly are available through our Workforce Housing program, designed to support middle-income individuals and families. These homes are reserved for those earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Workforce Housing helps essential workers—such as teachers, healthcare professionals, and customer service employees—find high-quality, affordable housing close to where they work.   • To qualify for a Workforce home, your household’s gross (pre-tax) annual income must be within the limits listed below. *Income Limits as of 06.01.2024

    • 1 Person per Household - $57,650

    • 2 People per Household - $65,850

    • 3 People per Household - $74,100

    • 4 People per Household - $82,300

    • 5 People per Household - $88,900

    • 6 People per Household - $95,500

    • 7 People per Household - $102,100

    • 8 People per Household - $108,650

    Workforce Housing is designed to make quality apartments more accessible to middle-income individuals and families, especially those employed in essential roles like education, healthcare, and public service.     Who qualifies for Workforce Housing at The Assembly?

    Are all apartments at The Assembly part of the Workforce Housing program?
    No, only select 1-bedroom apartments are reserved for Workforce Housing. We also offer market-rate homes with no income restrictions.

    What happens if my income changes after I move in?
